Parco d’Oro
The Residenza Parco d’Oro is located on a former vineyard just above the center of Ascona and consists of six detached houses, including one semi-detached unit. Positioned along the slope, the valley-facing buildings open their terraces toward the lake, offering a striking residential experience.
The living rooms are distinguished by large-format air-lux sliding door elements, creating a visually barrier-free transition to the natural surroundings.
