Ascona residential complex, Ticino

air-lux façade system

The Residenza Parco d’Oro is located in a former vineyard, just above the centre of Ascona and consists of six detached houses, including a semi-detached house.
The buildings, arranged on the valley side, face the slope and open their terraces towards the lake, offering a living experience rich in contrasts.

The living rooms feature large air-lux sliding door elements, providing visual access to the natural surroundings that’s barrier-free.

In total, the six buildings are equipped with 59 manually operated, easy-to-use air-lux sliding window elements with an aluminium construction, 55 tilt and turn windows, and six exterior and balcony doors, including shading.
